一般社団法人日本地形学連合2023－2024年度代議員の選挙を行います．
被選挙人は，一般社団法人日本地形学連合の正会員です．正会員には，学生会員と終身会員が含まれます．選挙人は，同じく一般社団法人日本地形学連合の正会員です．名誉会員と賛助会員には，選挙権，被選挙権はありません．
記
1）2023年3月20日に，代議員全員が，正会員数に基づき今回の代議員の定員は25名とすることに同意しました．これは，社員総会での決議と同等の決定となります．
2）今回選出される代議員の任期は2023年4月1日から2025年3月31日までの2年間です．
3）選挙は学会ウェブサイトの会員専用ページ（https://jgu-system.org/mypage/）に開設される選挙投票サイトにて行われます．インターネットアクセスができない正会員は，郵送による投票となります．ログイン方法等は学会ウェブサイト（http://www.jgu.jp/）をご覧ください．
4）投票期間は，インターネット投票の場合，2023年3月24日から2023年3月30日です．郵便投票の場合，2023年3月30日までに事務局に到着した投票用紙が有効となります．
5) 各選挙人は無記名で15名を選びます．得票数上位の20名が当選となります．
6) 残り5名の代議員は，選挙後に招集される臨時社員総会において，地域や専門性を考慮して選出されます．
7) 新代議員名は一般社団法人日本地形学連合のウェブサイトに掲載されます．

Announcement of Election
The Japanese Geomorphological Union will hold an election to select a 2023-2024 representative.
The elected person is a regular member of the Japanese Geomorphological Union. Regular members include student members and lifetime members. The elector is also a regular member of the Japanese Geomorphological Union. Honorary members and supporting members do not have the right to vote or eligibility for election.
1) On March 20, 2023, the Delegates agreed that the membership limit for the next term shall be 25 Delegates.
2) The term of office of the representatives elected this time is two years from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025.
3) Elections will be held on the election voting site set up on the members-only page (https://jgu-system.org/mypage/) of the JGU’s website. Regular members who do not have internet access will be voted by mail. Please see the JGU’s website (http://www.jgu.jp/) for how to log in.
4) The voting period is from March 24, 2023 to March 30, 2023 for Internet voting. For postal voting, ballots that arrive at the secretariat by March 30, 2023 will be valid.
5) Each elector chooses 15 anonymously. The top 20 people with the highest number of votes will win.
6) The remaining five representatives will be elected at the extraordinary general meeting of representatives convened after the election, taking into consideration the region and specialties.
7) The name of the new representative will be posted on the JGU’s website.
